Warminster, Pa. (April 2011) – ArtsQuest, the Lehigh Valley nonprofit that produces the popular Musikfest festival each August, has selected a workforce management solution from ATR Systems to improve its employee productivity.

ArtsQuest selected an ATR Systems’ time and labor management solution for its HR, scheduling and payroll capabilities. The solution, custom fit for ArtsQuest by ATR Systems, includes biometric hand readers and automates time and attendance. The solution is designed to improve payroll accuracy, minimize compliance risk, control labor costs and improve workforce productivity.

The system will be installed in ArtsQuest’s new $26.6 million ArtsQuest Center, a contemporary performing arts center located at the former Bethlehem Steel plant. The system will serve more than 200 full-time, part-time and temporary employees. The arts center opened to the public on April 15.
