Google For Work Integration Now Available

Kronos and Google are working together, combining the power of Google’s cloud-based productivity suite, Google for Work, with the Workforce Ready human capital management solution.  This innovative software development relationship will help small and midsize businesses manage their workforce with familiar, intuitive Google productivity tools that make it easier for workers to create, communicate, and boost productivity, increase employee engagement, and improve workplace efficiency.

Customers who use Google for Work will be able to seamlessly integrate tools their employees use every day – such as Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Sites ,Calendar, and Contacts – using Single-Sign-On with Workforce Ready.  Mobile, collaboration, data collection, storage, and reporting capabilities will be enhanced by access to the all-in-one Google for Work suite that lets you securely get work done from anywhere on any device.  Kronos will continue to develop integrated features that Workforce Ready customers can take advantage of while using Google for Work.

Current Integrations Include:

  • Single-Sign-On (SSO)
  • Google Sheets Export: To save time, spreadheets are seamlessly exported from Workforce Ready to Sheets without the need to convert file formats.  Employees can collaborate faster, avoid legacy formats, and easily view data from any device, on their own schedule.
  • Google Sheets Import: Users can now prepare and collaborate on spreadheets, and then upload directly into Workforce Ready directly in Sheets, without the need to convert or mess with file formats.
  • Google Forms:  User Forms to easily capture data updates from employees and import that data directly into Workforce Ready from the populated Sheet. Employees can access forms directly from an email or text link, and quickly complete needed updates on their mobile device or a desktop.  Workforce Ready can also use forms to automate implementation processes.  New company setup import formats will become available soon.
  • Google Drive: HR reports, timesheet data, payroll information, and other human capital management documents in any format from Workforce Ready can be safely and securely saved to Drive, enabling easy sharing of key data anywhere, at any time, with the stakeholders who need it.  Key reports are externally backed up for increased peace of mind.
