Workforce One – Scheduled Infrastructure Update – Dec 5, 2014
Dear Workforce One Clients,
We are planning to make some infrastructure upgrades to split load across multiple environments. This update is planned for Friday, December 5, beginning at 12AM ET. During this update, we anticipate up to 4 hours of downtime, however, offline punches will be recorded during this time.
Please note that the telephony system and hardware devices located in the user’s premises will be unaffected and punches will be sent to our servers upon restoration of Internet connectivity.
