ATR Systems Seeking Part-Time Office Assistant

Company Overview:

ATR Systems is a small, family-owned tech company located in Warminster, Pa., that specializes in selling, implementing and supporting automated time and labor management solutions. Our clients include small- to mid-size manufacturers, nonprofits, schools, landscape companies, health-care companies and more. Started in 1973, ATR Systems has grown to become a regional leader in employee time and attendance, including software-as-a-service (Saas). We are a member of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia (SBN) and the Independent Time & Labor Management Association (ITLMA).

ATR Systems is looking for a detail-oriented team player capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.  This self-starter will interact with an expanding network of vendors and partners and join a growing team. This position offers several opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

·         Answering Phones and Emails

·         Data entry for accounts receivable, bookeeping, and taxes

·         General office management including scheduling, filing, taking orders and shipping

Qualifications:

·         High-school diploma

·         Basic computer skills

·         Experienced in QuickBooks

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Must be able to lift 25 pounds

·         Marketing or sales experience a plus.
