About ATR Systems

ATR Systems Inc., a family-owned company located in Warminster, Pa., specializes in selling, implementing and supporting a host of time and labor management solutions. Doing business in more than 20 countries, ATR provides services to clients across the health care, manufacturing, nonprofit, education, hospitality, municipal and retail industries ranging from one to more than 1,000 employees. ATR Systems partners with more than a dozen hardware and software vendors across the country.

President Michael Hoover has been in the industry since graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In the last eight years, Michael has increased company revenues by more than 25 percent and kept pace with the industry’s evolving technology.

Michael has served as the President of the Independent Time & Labor Management Association (ITLMA) since 2005, and is now helping to create a certification program as a member of the ITLMA’s newly formed Funding Committee for the Workforce Educational Organization. Michael continues to grow as an industry leader and has been published multiple times in Marking Time, the ITLMA’s quarterly magazine. ATR Systems has been written about in The Intelligencer, Bucks County Herald, Warminster Patch, Keystone Edge, Technically Philly and more. ATR Systems is a member of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia.
