Started in 1973, ATR Systems has become a regional leader in time and attendance systems, including time-clock hardware and software-as-a service. ATR Systems is a member of the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sbnphiladelphia.org\/\"> Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia<\/a>\u00a0and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.itlma.org\">Independent Time and Labor Management Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong>ATR Systems is looking for a detail-oriented team player capable of juggling several projects and clients. This self-starter will interact with an expanding network of vendors and partners as well as lead our web training and help desk. This person&#8217;s ability to quickly learn and understand our end-users&#8217; needs will be critical to career growth. This is an entry-level position.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Help Desk support of inbound calls and e-mails<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Remote desk-top support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Timely, accurate and complete responses to inquiries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ability to research and solve problems independently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Effectively communicate with management to make sure issues are resolved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ability to train clients on basic usage of software<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Test, evaluate, setup and configure hardware and software for implementation; Eventually lead to regional on-site implementation &amp; support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Assist in routine small-office responsibilities, supply order fulfillment, basic order entries, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">College degree preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Strong computer skills with a proficiency of Web and Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Excellent written and oral communication needed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our employees enjoy a professional and creative atmosphere, medical benefits, paid-time off, standard company holidays, and retirement plan entitlement.<\/p>\n<p>ONLY RESUMES WITH SALARY REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REVIEWED.<\/p>\n<p>ATR Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation: TBD<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Principals only.
